I've bought a couple of these now, simply because the price is right for an overseas compatible player, hard to find in the USA and certainly not at the Big Box stores. One thing to expect, however, is the screen hasn't the glass-like sharpness of much more expensive machines, but you can definitely enjoy movies on these units, just fine. As another reviewer noted, the unit is a little "tippy", but as you work with it you naturally understand how to handle it; this is NOT a huge concern. I love the added features. They really loaded it. Great long-battery life.
