I bought this DVD player as I brought a lot of movies from China. Since we have a HD converter and a surrounding sound system, the connection is so complicated that my husband just could not make it work. After all efforts made, we dicided to send it back. This is the first time I return a product. I could not believe it was so easy and so fast. I printed out a label from Amazon and sent the package to a UPS store (no return fee charged), and in a few days my credit card charge was refunded. I am absolutely satisfied with the return service.
