I did a lot of research before buying this. Micca seems to be one of the only companies currently making a digital media player with the ability to handle essentially every relevant format.
It played every file type that I threw at it perfectly. The video quality is great, and it was easy to set up.
The UI is sloppy. There are unnecessary steps throughout the process. I'll still give it four stars for meeting my needs just fine.

I bought 2 of these - one for myself and one for my son. After 2 weeks of fairly heavy use, we both have found the device to work flawlessly for streaming video in all formats, and for photos as well. It installed easily, connected to our network without a hitch, the remote has good range, and despite others comments, I think that the UI is fine. We'd both recommend it without reservation.
