I don't have very much experience with projection screens, as this is the first one I've ever owned. But as far as I can tell, it's a great screen. The resistance when extending it is pretty good, I guess, since I can get it to stop just about anywhere. Video and photos look fantastic, but again I don't have much to compare it to.
Installation was very easy. Two screws in the wall, hopefully level and lined up well. I climbed on a stool with a pencil and a screwdriver (drink) and a screwdriver (tool) and was able to get the damn thing hung all on my own. I only spilled a little bit, and even that was just on my sleeve so I was still able to drink it. Not too shabby.
Go ahead and get yourself one. It's a well-built screen (I think) and the price is great. So why not, right?
