Sony DVP-SR500H 1080p Upscaling DVD Player
I recently ordered from Amazon.com a Sony DVP-SR500H 1080p DVD player. I already have a Sony VCR-DVD player combo, but it quit playing DVDs, and I decided it'd be best to just buy a new DVD player, rather than repairing one I've had a few years. The new one was shipped promptly, and I'm pleased with it. It cost less than my old one and has some extra features that I love, especailly being able to move forward or back one frame at a time. I haven't seen any other player that lets us move back a frame before, but it's quite useful. I own over 1500 movies, so I can watch a different one every noght for a few years when I have a good DVD player ... and I now do.
