Samsung BD-D5500 3D Blu-ray Disc Player (Black)
I see complaints about the internet apps, and it is true they are jerky and no good right out of the box. You need to go to settings and download the firmware update, register, and youtube and netflix etc will work like they are supposed to. Its just fine as a dvd-blueray player, and the wireless is just fine too out of the box. Yes, it is a little slow, but not too bad. I called samsung and the little girl on the help line had no clue about the effect the lack of firmware upgrade had on the streaming internet video capability, so I am posting this to let you know. Don't return until you have tried this. I give only 4 stars because it is slow, the menus have to be run like texting on a telephone keypad, but that's all.
