Roku XD Streaming Player 1080p
I had a GREAT deal of problems setting up my Roku. I live chatted and talked in person with customer service. They were NO help. My Roku would not hook up wirelessly. I have a new router and my laptop hooked up with NO problems using the router. It will get online in the house anywhere. Roku box could not find router no matter what I tried. Service techs were hard to understand. (English Not First Lanuage)! I spent the extra money and purchased a cable. Then it hooked up and has been working just fine. I suspect the Roku box I received was faulty, in that area. Service techs did not suggest that. Also the remote control has no instruction on what each button does. Just a quick page on line or in the box with explantion of each button would of been nice.
I AM ENJOYING WATCHING NETFLIX STREEMING VIDEO.
