Pioneer DV-420V-K Multi-Format 1080p Upscaling DVD Player
Bought this item November 28, 2009. It really does all it says. It really upconverts and uses HDMI. BluRay does not play regular DVDs worth a darn. So you need a good DVD player to use HDMI and upconvert your older DVDs. This is a high end DVD player without a high end price thanks to BluRay driving down the market. It is a must have. All my movies look awesome on my 42" HD tv. Thanks for a great product Pioneer. Also thanks for not cutting out all the features you have always put in your high end players.
