DvdDr 70200 00 Portable DVD Player Car Mount
I think the reviewers discussing this product are actually discussing two different products. The one I received in early April 2011 doesn't swivel all the way around as one reviewer from 2008 mentioned, and even the picture on the box is different than the product inside - instead of the top surface of the mount having two smaller openings in between the rectangular openings (as shown on the box), there is a disk-looking piece between the two openings held down by five screws (see photo #2 in the Amazon description). I'm thinking the design must have been changed recently. The unit I received was called a Digital Innovations "SecureMount" on the box. Other reviewers seems to have the type of unit shown in the picture on the box, which also is the type of unit sold by Walmart under the Digital Innovations "Mogo" name. Originally upon receipt I thought the SecureMount design was defective because the arms were at a 30 degree angle and didn't seem like they could be moved into a straight line because they were caged in by plastic brackets on the back. I then realized the arms could be put into a straight line by turning the unit over and pushing the BACK of EACH arm (the side opposite from the hook) forward in the direction of the hook until the BACK of EACH arm is pushed through the plastic bracket that originally holds both arms. By doing this, the back of each arm can be freed from the plastic bracket and the whole disk assembly can be rotated into a straight line. After that the product works as intended.
