The item (Dish TV receiver) arrived quickly and was packed well. It was fairly priced. It was precisely what I wanted, except... Dish TV reception was not possible at my new place. So I had to send the item back. When I called to explain, the company rep was polite and helpful. I've shipped the receiver back, with regret. The company performed admirably even if Dish did (or could) not.
Great product and it turns on automatically for programing set when it may be off. That reviewer shouldn't operate electronics.Unit is excellent. Works very well. Only drawback is that it does not support an extrenal HDD to enable the PVR / DVR capabilities.
