Ordered this item Saturday night, with a 4-14 days shipping time, and it arrived Tuesday morning (2 business days!). Item was in perfect condition, new and everything was complete, including Access card, short cables and RC, also with DTV instruction and complete information as to where to call to activate it and how to contact the seller. And wayyyy cheaper than ordering it at DirecTV who will charge you for about $65+ exclusive of shipping and installation fee! I definitely recommend.
